The Privacy Policy describes the rules for our processing of information about you, including personal data and cookies.

1. General Information

  4. The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data in relation to the data provided voluntarily on the Website.
  5. The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:
    • Displaying the user’s profile to other users
    • Displaying the user’s profile to other users
    • Handling inquiries through the form
    • Preparation, packing, and shipping of goods
    • Execution of ordered services
    • Presentation of an offer or information
  6. The Website performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following way:
    • Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems.
    • By saving cookie files (so-called “cookies”) on end devices.

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

  1. Login areas and personal data entry fields are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login details entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be decrypted on the target server.
  2. Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator possessing the key can read it. This protects the data in the event of the database being stolen from the server.
  3. User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function is one-way – its operation cannot be reversed, which is the current contemporary standard for storing user passwords.
  4. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  5. To protect the data, the Operator regularly performs backup copies.
  6. A crucial element of data protection is the regular update of all software used by the Operator for processing personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

3. Your rights and additional information about the use of data

  1. In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with you or for the fulfillment of obligations imposed on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • hosting company (on the basis of data processing entrustment),
    • postal operators,
    • authorized employees and collaborators who use the data to achieve the purpose of operating the website,
    • companies providing marketing services on behalf of the Administrator.
  2. Your personal data processed by the Administrator will not be stored longer than necessary to perform the activities related to them, as specified by applicable laws (e.g., accounting regulations). With regard to marketing data, such data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:
    • access to your personal data,
    • rectification of data,
    • erasure of data,
    • restriction of processing, and
    • data portability.
  4. You have the right to object to the processing of data indicated in point 3.2 concerning the processing of personal data for the purpose of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling. However, the objection will not be possible if there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the proper operation of the Service.
  7. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be carried out in relation to you in order to provide services under the contract concluded with you and for the purpose of direct marketing carried out by the Administrator.
  8. Personal data are not transferred to third countries within the meaning of the personal data protection regulations. This means that we do not transfer them outside the territory of the European Union.

4. Information in Forms

  1. The Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if it is provided.
  2. The Service may record information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the Service may save information that facilitates linking data in the form with the e-mail address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user’s e-mail address appears within the URL address of the page containing the form.
  4. The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g., for processing a service request, commercial contact, service registration, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly inform the user of its purpose.

  1. The Operator uses website traffic statistics provided by Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to this service operator, but only anonymized information. The service relies on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. Users can review and edit information resulting from cookies related to user preferences collected by the advertising network via the tools: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/

The Operator uses remarketing techniques, which allow for the matching of advertisements to the user’s behaviour on the website, which may create the illusion of monitoring the user, but in practice, it does not involve the transfer of personal data to the operator for the purpose of advertising. Technically, this function is handled by cookies.

7. Information about Cookies

  1. The Service uses cookies.
  2. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are small text files stored on the User’s end device and intended for use on the Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device, and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookies on the User’s end device and gaining access to them is the Service Operator.

We reserve that disabling cookies that are essential for the processes of authentication, security, and maintaining user preferences may make it difficult, and in extreme cases, may make it impossible to use the website.
